Function:
The oscillating valve generates oscillatory actions such as vibrations, tapping or dipping in connection with double acting cylinders. If input 1 is supplied with compressed air, the compressed air is alternately applied to outlets 4 and 2. The valve switches over as soon as the cylinder travels to the end position or the line pressure rises. The speed of the controlled cylinder and the stroke frequency are both set using the exhaust air flow controls. Limit switches are not required.
